Deuteronomy 28:13: The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. You will be above only, and not beneath.

Conditional Promise:

This blessing depends on listening to and obeying God's rules.Head vs. Tail:

Being the head means leading and having influence.
Being the tail means following or being at the mercy of others' choices.

Lender vs. Borrower: Financial stability and abundance are meant to put you in a position to help others rather than needing debt.
