I don't know where I heard this but it's so true...

God loves to love us.
He loves us SO much
that He sent His son to die for us [John 3:16].
Everything we have, every experience is a gift from Him.
One that we didn't pay or sacrifice for, He did.
That's grace.
Actually, grace upon grace [John 1:16].

So get your Bible out, girl.
Dust it off if you have to.
Dig in to see just how very much He loves you!

It's all there.

And as you surrender to Him He will bring to light the words on the page. Stick with it. He's got you!

Christmas is a celebration of Jesus' birthday, but it's also a celebration of the gift of grace delivered in a manger. A gift we did nothing to earn and quite frankly, don't deserve. It's a glimpse into just how much He loves us and wants to spend eternity with us. This Christmas, may that love...His radiant love, soak into your heart and shine outward for everyone to see.

As we Selah (pause and consider what the Lord has done) we thank Him and praise Him for a blessed season at Cedar Creek in Winterset, IA. What a wonderful, peaceful place to draw closer to Him and closer to each other. Thank You, God!
Today we are excited to celebrate a new season of ministry! The mission is the same as God makes a way for fresh opportunities to reach women for Him. New retreats are being written. We are scouting out more gathering spots and "happy places". And "God's girls" are uniting to bring God's message, music and love to women everywhere we can.
The packing and unpacking are coming to an end as we settle into our new office in Ankeny, Iowa. There is much administrative and creative work to be done...but the new journey has begun. Stay tuned for some small "pop up" events in the next months. I can't wait to retreat with God and all of you! Stay posted...

I’m excited to announce that Follow Hard Ministries is going into a new season of ministry in 2025! This involves selling the Cedar Creek property. We all sure will miss this peaceful, beautiful property out in the rolling hills of Winterset, Iowa! But we have to follow God’s calling and be responsible stewards with His gifts. This is not a "shake up" in the ministry. It is simply a wise decision, a long time coming, to further the purpose and mission of Follow Hard Ministries in obedience to God. The mission to build relational bridges to Jesus Christ and to encourage women to follow Him is still the same. The mission to encourage women to love one another is still the same. However, there will be more opportunities to share with more women in different venue locations. FHM is called to disciple women but also to encourage women to use their gifts to do the same. More details to come in the next year. Following as God leads...

The Cedar Creek property has been sold, pending the sale of the buyers property. Right now I have the task to keep showing the property until the sale is final, prepare for the move and find a house to buy (my own expense). The FHM office will be based out of my home as it was prior to buying Cedar Creek. There are many days of work ahead to change materials, business communications, website, etc. And then of course, I look forward to spending lots of time writing with God; networking with speakers, women's ministry leaders and volunteers; as well as seeking different unique venues and planning events.
