What a beautiful time at the Ridge Women’s Retreat!❤️

We’re thankful for a weekend filled with worship, meaningful conversations, and encouragement as we reflected on the different seasons of life and how God can use each one for His glory.

No matter what season we find ourselves in, our prayer is that the Lord would be magnified in our lives—that our faith would grow deeper, our hearts would be more open to serving others, and our lives would point people to Jesus.

Thankful for the sweet fellowship, the women who gathered, and the reminder that every season has purpose when we surrender it to Him. 🌿✨

LEAP Week 3 Recap: When the Bible Feels Confusing!📖✨

Have you ever read something in the Bible and thought, “What does that even mean?” Our RidgeKids and families explored why some Bible words, phrases, and stories can be confusing—and how understanding the time, culture, and context helps us uncover what God is teaching us! ❤️

🏡 Keep the learning going at home! Try reading a short Bible story with your kids this week. Ask, “What seems confusing?” and “What can we learn about God from this story?” Look up unfamiliar words, talk through what’s happening, and remind your kids that it’s okay to ask questions as we grow in understanding God’s Word together.

You don’t have to know every answer—just keep opening the Bible, asking questions, and discovering God’s truth together! 🙌

Several of our young adult women from our YA ministry spent the weekend on retreat near Pella, stepping away from the distractions and busyness of everyday life to slow down, connect with God, and deepen friendships with one another.🍂

They soaked in the beauty of God’s creation through peaceful lake views and hiking trails. They made space for quiet reflection, meaningful conversations, and listening for how God is speaking into their lives in this season.🍂

We are grateful for the time they shared and the ways God continues to work in the lives of these young women. 🤍
