Tune up Tuesday:
Let’s take a look at our driving habits and behaviors today. What examples are we setting for our children? Do we have number stickers that say one thing about us, yet our driving says another? Hmmmm, I know I can be guilty of this!

I will breathe! I need to remember to do this!! Many of you let the fact it’s Monday effect your day. It’s the same 24 hours you had yesterday on Sunday. So when you want to blame a situation or a feeling in the fact it’s Monday(which is a safe place to blame) try taking five minutes to just breathe and soak in all that is beautiful around you.

Darn the luck that it falls on a weekday, but I am sure you can carve out just five minutes to close your eyes, wherever you are, except for driving, and just breathe deeply and allow your shoulders to drop a few inches!
