You may not know this, but during the “off-season” at LJCC, we open our doors to Guest Groups!

Hosting Guest Groups is an important part of LJCC’s sustainability model. It’s about more than keeping the lights on throughout the year—it’s about expanding our Kingdom Impact. ❤️

By welcoming organizations to use our facilities, we create more opportunities for people of all ages to experience spiritual growth, build community, and be equipped to follow Jesus.

Guest Groups help sustain LJCC during the non-summer months while allowing our facilities to remain active spaces for ministry year-round.

We’re still accepting applications for our Program Director position at LJCC!

As our ministry continues to grow, we’re looking for someone with a servant’s heart and a passion for helping the next generation to know and follow Jesus. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen our summer camp and year-round programming while making a lasting impact.

We’re looking for someone with:

3+ years of full-time ministry experience
A bachelor’s degree in camp ministry, youth ministry, Christian ministries, or currently working toward one
Strong public speaking, leadership, and interpersonal skills
