I’ve been asking God for more patience, then getting angry when situations come along that actually require it. Maybe some of these frustrating moments are opportunities to learn to respond more like Christ.

The more seriously I try to follow God, the more I realize how much I still fall short. But Jesus already knew every failure when He went to the cross. Repent, get back up, and keep following Him. 🙏

We mess up. We fall short. But God’s mercy doesn’t run out when we fail. His mercy is new every morning, and through Jesus we can come to Him, confess our sins, and be forgiven. 🙏

Seems like there’s always something that needs fixing around the house. Our lives aren’t much different. If God is showing you something that needs work, don’t keep putting it off.

Sometimes when people start following Jesus, they get discouraged, only seeing a little bit of change in their life, don’t be, keep feeding the spiritual fire!👊🏻✝️.

I’ve got a long way to go with fly fishing, and the same is true in my walk with Christ. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep following Jesus. One day, we’ll be home with Him. 🎣✝️

Sometimes things happen and we just can’t figure out why. We only see our little part of the story, but God sees the whole thing. We don’t have to understand everything to trust Him. 🙏

Dolly Parton accomplished more in this world than most ever will, but she also spent her life openly talking about God, prayer and faith. That part of her legacy deserves to be remembered too. 🙏

If we truly believe Jesus died for our kids just like He died for us, they should hear about Him from us more than just on Sundays. Make talking about Jesus a normal part of everyday life. 🙏
