Beginning January 2025, we will become a part of the Southeast District of UWF! Let us celebrate the will of God and move forward with faith!

New Orleans District are you preparing for Mission U? The Conference Leadership Team is eagerly preparing for the event.

Healthy Tips to Remember:
**Hydrate yourself at least 48 hours before traveling. Drink plenty of water!! Being well hydrated keeps you cool, support blood flow and helps with digestion.

**Do not drink or eat anything that you don’t typically drink or eat 24 hours before traveling. Eating or drinking something new or different may contribute to indigestion or other unexpected occurences.

**Do not forget to bring prescription medications. Feel free to bring over the counter medications you might need such as Tylenol, Claritin, Cold medicine, Benadryl, etc.

**Pray for a safe travel and pray for one another!!!
