Happy Sunday, everyone! ☀️ Our youth group is having a Valentine’s dinner fundraiser this coming Saturday, the 12th, pickup from 4-8 PM at New Hope Fellowship Church in Andrews. Please contact me through Facebook Messenger to let me know how many plates you would like and I will put you down to pay at pickup. Or just drop by if you get the chance! We started Ignite Youth Group in October and we are trying to raise money for more materials, activities, and outings for our youth. Please help us continue our group’s work for God, to not only strengthen the fire burning in our soul, but to light someone else’s through the glory of our Lord. Thank you in advance! 💙 Please feel free to share!

For our ninth youth meeting, we decorated Christmas cookies while jamming to Christmas music! We had such a great time and had the opportunity to see everyone’s creative side!

12/7/21 IYG Meeting #8- “Serve One Another In Love”

For our eighth youth meeting, we visited Prince George Healthcare Center to sing Christmas Carols and gospel songs to the patients in hopes to spread cheer and the love of our Lord. These beautiful people ended up doing just that for us! Afterwards, we spoke of the importance of serving/doing for others and taking the time to be present with others, spread joy, and be a witness of God. We then enjoyed good food and ice-cream!

At our seventh youth meeting, we:
•ate and caught up
•shared celebrations, announcements, and other discussions
•shared prayer requests and had opening prayer
•discussed ideas for Christmas activities
•shared our message “Don’t Get It Twisted” about discerning what comes from God vs. what comes from the enemy
•played Twister, our message-focused game

11/9/21 IYG Meeting #5- “Heaven’s Gates and Hell’s Flames”

For our fifth youth meeting, our group attended the Heaven’s Gates & Hell’s Flames presentation at Andrews First PH Church where I was blessed enough to witness two of my youth give their hearts to the Lord! We are so proud of you, Cameron and Dalton! I can’t even begin to explain this feeling as a youth leader. I could not be prouder and my heart couldn’t be fuller. ❤️ Thank you, Lord, for these two willing souls saved and to Andrews Fist PH Church for an amazing job with this production. God is good and more souls are being added to His kingdom. 🙌
