New England Bible Church

New England Bible Church Teaching people to know and follow Jesus. New England Bible Church was established in 1982 and began as a Bible study with several local families.

The founding pastor, Chip Thompson, envisioned a solid church serving the Merrimack Valley that would teach people to know and follow Jesus Christ. Before settling at 60 Chandler Road in Andover, NEBC met at a local apartment clubhouse, a nearby function hall, and a restored mill building. In His time, God opened doors to buy and build on the current property. Many members and friends gave generou

sly and sacrificially to give our church a permanent home. NEBC is a place to find strong Biblical teaching and preaching as well as a warm, close-knit community of believers and those seeking God. During our nearly 30 year history, many have walked through our doors feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with life, but have been transformed by the message of salvation, finding hope and healing here through Christ. Looking to the future, NEBC continues to proclaim Christ’s message found in Matthew 11:28—“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

“Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eu**ch said, “See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?” Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.””
