There are moments in life when we realize we cannot fix everything on our own.

In 2 Kings 4, a widow found herself facing an impossible situation. She was grieving, overwhelmed by debt, and afraid of what might happen to her children. She could have allowed that crisis to drive her away from God, but instead, she reached out for help.

Hard seasons will often reveal where we have placed our trust. We can run from God because we do not understand what He is allowing, or we can run toward Him because we know He is still our only true source of hope.

If you are walking through something today that feels too heavy to carry, bring it to the Lord. You do not have to hide your fear or pretend to have everything together. God is not intimidated by your need. He meets us in the middle of our brokenness and reminds us that we are never beyond the reach of His love.

Sometimes the very trouble we wish we could escape becomes the place where we experience God more deeply than ever before.

Let this be the day you stop trying to carry it alone. Call on Him. Trust Him with your family, your future, and every unanswered question. The situation may feel impossible, but nothing is impossible with God.

“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.” Psalm 34:17
