Cross Roads Anderson we are excited about our upcoming season, when we start Alpha in October...please join us on Wednesdays or find another of us who are hosting in our homes and GET INVOLVED! This is a no judgment study where we can learn together and ask the hard questions--no embarrassment!

If you don't want to join us Wednesday evenings at church, there are at least three others who are hosting in our homes. We (Pastor Shannon & Jeff) are hosting Sunday evenings. Others may be hosting at other times. Please call the church office at 765-642-8061 for information!

Cross Roads Anderson way to go and keep up the good work! I took a carload of supplies to the Turn Away No Longer, Inc. today! There is still a lot of need. Turn Away No Longer still needs paper towels, dehumidifiers, bleach, spray bottles, N-93 masks, etc.

I read on Bethel Community Church's page that there are 12 families at the Rangeline Community Center and they have needs:
They are definitely in need of clothing items, plus some other items. So here we go:

Men’s sizes M&L anything
Ladies 7/8, 10,12 then XL & XXL
Boys 10,12,14,&16
Teen age girls any size
Socks for everyone
Underwear for everyone
Pans that go on the stove
Also aluminum pans for oven
Now we took a load of shampoo & body wash along with some socks tonight, but I’m sure with 12 families it won’t last long.
Also they are asking for a donation of ground beef if possible. I’m going to do some checking, and try to locate some items tomorrow.

Just drive around to the back door and there was someone there to take your things, they were extremely grateful.

If you want to bring items to the church, we will get them there, too!

Cross Roads Anderson there are still plenty of ways to help! You can drop off supplies here at the church and we will get them where they go! Turn Away No Longer still needs:

Buckets
Mops
Extension cords
Feminine hygiene products
Paper Towels
All purpose cleaners
Spray bottles
Hand sanitizer
Large trash bags
Nonperishable food items
Totes with lids!

Cross Roads Anderson we will be joining Bethel Community Church in their efforts for our community. Copied from their page, here is how we can help further:

Bethel Community Church will be opening its door to receive supplies to distribute to people in need through Operation Love.
Here are the items that can be donated:
Towels (lightly used or new)
Buckets (5 gallon), Sponges, Bleach, Rubber Cleaning Gloves, other Cleaning Supplies
Nonperishable Food, Water Bottles
You may bring these items to the church office or to church on Sunday and we will get them over to Bethel.

In addition, they are forming a work team for after the flood recedes with the United Way. If you are interested in volunteering in this effort, you can message me Kristine Lyons Marshall your name and number, and Kristine Lyons Marshall will be in contact once they get a group assignment.

In less than an hour, many workers assembled and we had over 100 bags full of rain ponchos, sandwiches, chips, water, fruit, and encouragement ready for the Red Cross! Way to go Cross Roads Anderson! "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few"--and you were the few! Praying our community will be touched by the work of your hands and hearts!
