Join us for a night of worship (led by Joyce and Jimin) around the fire pit at Rachel's incredible Peony farm!! Fellowship, worship, be encouraged, and connect with other ladies! Daughters are welcome (but preferably no littles running around).

Light snacks will be provided, but eat before you come.

If it's raining, we'll have you covered, so come on out!

Ladies of Kaleo!! This is a GREAT way to support Priceless!! Join the Barefoot Mile Walk on May 20th and stand in solidarity against s*x trafficking in our state.

Ladies! Yesterday we announced an opportunity to help support teen moms go to camp with Young Lives.

We need your help!!

Thursday, April 27th from 3pm-8pm we are working the concessions at the Alaska Airlines Center. A large percentage of the proceeds go to Young Lives for camp!

We need AT LEAST 13 people working! We need YOU! Men and teenagers are welcome and encouraged too!

Pastor Chris introduced our church family to an app called ReadScripture. It is SO good! It takes you through the Bible in a year, incleading reading the Psalms two and a half times during the year. It also has amazing videos created by The Bible Project that really help explain what is being read.

Merry Christmas to all of you! I hope you enjoyed time with family and those you love, celebrating the birth of Jesus and the ultimate gift HE gave to us!!

As the New Year is quickly approaching, I want to invite you to pray about serving in our children's ministry at Kaleo. For some of you, God may clearly tell you the answer is "no" or "not right now."

For others, you may feel a nudge or even a clear push to say "yes", but teaching sounds scary or intimidating. Little people CAN be scary and intimidating! I get it!! 😉

But....even more so, little people are a blessing. And fun. And loving. And they need us to step up and love them enough to teach them about Jesus!!

I'm looking for someone to partner with me in teaching starting in February. I'll do the teaching, you be my assistant. Not sure how to teach? Just come and hang out and be present. This is a month on, then time off type schedule. Anyone can do this....you just get to love on kids!!

Or....two of you sign up together with Craig Wilson (or a husband and wife team sign up together....)

Have kids? Consider helping so we can continue to provide classes for them.
Don't have kids? Consider helping so tired moms and dads can rest while being encouraged in service.

Warriors are known for going into battle prepared. Prepared to defend themselves and those they are fighting for. Prepared to withstand attack. And sometimes, prepared to change their course and plans when new knowledge becomes available. All for the sake of victory.

Women of Kaleo are Warriors for the Kingdom of God!!

Over the past month, I have asked and encouraged you to read the book "Interrupted" by Jen Hatmaker.

In an interview this week, when asked her stance on homos*xual marriages, Jen Hatmaker described them as a "holy union."

Kaleo Church does not agree with this viewpoint as it directly goes against what the gospel teaches about marriage.

While we are not slandering or speaking bad of Jen Hatmaker, the Women's Ministry of Kaleo, along with Kaleo Church, are no longer endorsing her writing at this time.

WE ARE STILL MEETING, this Sat, Nov 5th from 9-12 at Stephanie Clary's home. Join us for brunch, small group discussions on what God is doing in our lives, and make Welcome Baskets for the Priceless Ministry.
