First Evangelical Covenant Church of Anchorage

First Evangelical Covenant Church of Anchorage Worship and Sunday School at 10:00 AM every Sunday. Bus info: Get off bus at C & 9th. A multi-ethnic, multigenerational church that is growing!

We are mostly Alaska Native and "white" but we worship together across a wide variety of cultures within the church. Some Sundays, you might get mostly gospel music; others you might get hymns or a contemporary feel. The compelling thing at First Covenant seems to be the commitment to each other to our youth, and to our church family.

Sunday, August 2 is church in the park at 10 am at the Jewel Lake Park Pavilion in West Anchorage. We will have a picnic after. We will provide hamburgers, not dogs. Please bring something to share if you can. There will be no service at the church. Bring a lawn chair if you’d like to sit in the sun.
