Park wherever you would like and then enter the front doors facing Columbine Street. Arrive at 9:30 for Sunday school, and you’ll be greeted and guided toward one of three Small Group Bible Studies that meet upstairs. We’ll also show you where our Sunday School children’s classes are if needed. We have nursery (through 2 years old) and a preschool/elementary class in the Children’s wing. Our middle/high Small Group Bible Study meets across Columbine St. If you arrive a little late, and our greeter has already gone to class, please enter the front doors and go upstairs. Step in any of the classrooms, and they will gladly show you where to go! Arrive for Worship Gathering at 11, and sit wherever you would like! You will be met by a greeter who can show you where the nursery is. (Children are always welcome to stay with you in the service if you prefer! We also have the sermon streamed in our cry room if you need to escape for a bit with your little one!) Preschool and elementary kids join their parents for the first 2 songs. Then children up through 3rd grade are dismissed for Children’s church. Please walk downstairs with your children the first week to complete a quick form. Fourth graders and up stay with their parents in the service. People always ask, “What should I wear.” The answer…. you are welcome no matter what you’re wearing. You’ll see a mix of jeans, skirts, slacks and an occasional suit. Just do not forget to put on a desire to hear from God. Our sermons are usually over by 12:30, but please hang around for a bit and enjoy the fellowship! Our church family is eager to meet you. Children are picked up in the children’s wing… Follow the signs and ask! (Our church is a bit of a labyrinth!)
On the fifth Sundays of the month, we stay for a church-wide potluck. We’d love to have you join us. Grandview Baptist Church desires to minister to you and help you grow spiritually. A variety of ministries are offered to help meet your needs. Ministries include Sunday School up to sixth Grade, Childrens Church up to third Grade (During Service), Cubbies, Delta Kids, GBC Youth Group, MAG(MEN), and DIG(WOMEN) and Get Connected (Life Group) on every other Thursday night throughout the school year.
