Last night was a home run for Hephatha’s Choir! ⚾🎶Our students had the incredible opportunity to sing the National Anthem at the baseball game… And they did an outstanding job! Standing on that field, representing our school, and sharing their gifts in front of a crowd was an experience they won’t soon forget.:)

We are so proud of the confidence, poise, and heart our choir displayed. Mrs. Deming has done an amazing job preparing these students and teaching them to serve and lead in the community! A special thank you to Coach Laverty for making this opportunity possible.❤️We are so grateful for your support of our students and The Arts at Hephatha!

Than you for visiting our Early Childhood students this week for Community Helpers month! We are grateful for the time they took to talk to our students about how to call 911, how to “stop, drop, and roll” while covering their face, and encouraging students to go home and make a fire escape plan with their families.❤️

Students had a great time cheering on Mrs. McCloud and Mrs. Lopez in their race to see who could put the turnouts on the fastest…BUT, the best part was definitely spraying the big fire hose!

We love the opportunity February gives us to connect with our community helpers, and to thank them for all that they do to protect us with a special treat!🍪Next up: the Sheriff’s Department!

Our 6th grader chapel acting class absolutely shined in chapel! 🌟

In acting class, they’ve been learning how to use movement, timing, and expression to tell a story…And their very first performance brought all of that together in a big way! In “Big Little Man,”students retold the story of David and Goliath, showing how God uses faith and courage, not size or strength, to accomplish His plans.

Their focus, confidence, and creativity were truly impressive. What a joy to see our students grow, take risks, and use their gifts to share God’s Word in such a powerful way. Well done, 6th grade! We’re so proud of you! 👏🎭✝️
