Some daughters say,

“It’s not my problem if someone harms me because of how they feel about what I’m wearing.”

But is it really that simple?

That’s like saying:

– “I stood in traffic wearing black at night — and it’s the driver’s fault if they hit me.”
– “I left my house unlocked in a high-theft area — and only the thief is to blame.”
– “I walked into a hornet’s nest and blamed the hornets for stinging me.”

No, it’s not her fault if someone does wrong. But wisdom means avoiding harm, not just avoiding blame.

📖 Surah 33:59 says:

“O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers to cover themselves... that they may be recognized and not harmed.”

That’s not shame.
That’s not control.
That’s a protection from Allah.

And that’s why mothers keep having this conversation — out of love, not restriction.

❤️ Modesty means: I know my worth, and I guard it.

📖 The Father’s Leadership
The Prophet (SAW) reminded us of a father’s responsibility:
"A man is a shepherd over his family, and he will be questioned about his flock."
(Sahih al-Bukhari 893, Sahih Muslim 1829)

Amanah is a trust from Allah. Fathers, lead with wisdom and mercy.

Today, I witnessed a moment that left me in awe and deeply moved. A mother, raising five children alone because her husband is incarcerated, was driving while breastfeeding her infant. She told me, ‘I have to do what I have to do to survive.’ Her words and her actions reflect the sacrifices single mothers make every day, often unseen and unacknowledged.

This is just one story, but it made me realize there are likely millions of mothers who face similar struggles—juggling work, care, and survival with little or no support. Fathers, families, and communities often don’t see the depth of these sacrifices, but it’s time we bring it to light.

Parenting is not a one-person job. Children thrive when both parents are present and engaged. For fathers, this is a reminder of the critical role you play—not just in providing, but in being there emotionally, physically, and spiritually for your children. Your presence can prevent scenarios where a mother feels she must do everything alone, even to the point of endangering herself or her child

To the fathers: This is not about blame but about reflection. Are you actively involved in your child’s life? Are you supporting the mother of your children, whether you’re together or apart?

Let’s change the narrative. Let’s build stronger families and a more compassionate society.

‘Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear’ (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:286). But that doesn’t mean we leave each other to struggle alone.

May Allah grant ease to every mother, every father, and every family struggling to do their best. Together, we can create a world where no parent feels they have to carry it all alone.

The DNA alphabet—Adenine (A), Thymine (T), Cytosine (C), and Guanine (G)—is the divine blueprint that forms the foundation of life? This intricate code, carrying the instructions for every human being, traces back to the first of creation: Adam and Eve. It serves as a profound reminder of the unity of humanity, the wisdom of Al-Khaliq (The Creator), and the continuity of life as part of a carefully designed plan.

"Throughout human history, 40% of men have reproduced compared to 89% of women"

Genetic Evidence:
1. Y-Chromosome Studies: Geneticists have found that Y-chromosome diversity (passed from father to son) is much lower compared to mitochondrial DNA diversity (passed from mother to child). This indicates that, historically, fewer men contributed to the gene pool compared to women.
2. Skewed Reproductive Success: Throughout human history, many women have had children, while a significant portion of men have not. This is due to societal structures, such as polygamy, wars, and social hierarchies, where a smaller subset of men had access to multiple women.

Historical Context:
1. Polygamy: In many societies, polygamy was practiced, allowing some men to have multiple wives while others had none.
2. War and Conflict: Men were more likely to die in wars or other forms of violence, reducing their likelihood of reproducing.
3. Social Hierarchies: Powerful men (kings, chiefs, etc.) historically fathered many children, while others might have had none.

Conclusion:
While the exact numbers (40% of men and 89% of women) may vary slightly depending on the study, the general principle is well-supported: historically, a smaller proportion of men reproduced compared to women, leading to a reproductive bottleneck for men.

A woman’s face and body is valuable to men, obedience to Allah is how to protect it from men.

Encouragement:

"Those who believe and do righteous good deeds, there is no sin on them for what they ate (in the past), if they fear
Allah (by keeping away from His forbidden things), and believe and do righteous good deeds, and again fear Allah and believe, and once again fear Allah and do good deeds with
lhsan (perfection). And Allah loves the good-doers." Surah 5:93
