Everyone loves calm waters. Calm waters are comfortable, predictable, and easy.

But God often teaches us the most during the storms.

The waves in our lives may be:

* Family problems
* Anxiety
* Peer pressure
* Bullying
* Disappointment
* Temptation
* Fear of the future
* Loneliness

The waves may still be crashing…

But peace begins inside before circumstances change outside.

Storms are part of life, but they do not mean God has left you.

Just as athletes continue to train during the off-season, Christians continue to grow during every season.

Don’t just make memories this summer—make spiritual growth your priority.

We will NOT have youth Sunday school/breakfast at 9:30A.M. tomorrow. We will be attending our nephew’s baby dedication. You are welcome to join adult Sunday school class at 10:00 A.M.
