Scripture Spotlight
“Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam, so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out” (Proverbs 17:14). So much home strife starts small — one comment, one jab — before it floods the whole house.

Practically, that might look like: pausing before you respond to a tense text, choosing not to bring up “that thing” again at dinner, or simply saying “let’s talk about this later when we’re calmer.” The dam holds until someone pushes against it — you can choose not to be that person today.

What’s one argument you could choose to drop today instead of let loose?

Lord, give me the wisdom to stop the flood before it starts. Amen.

Proverbs 17:1 tells us a quiet meal in peace beats a feast where the house is at war.

Today’s word cut close for a lot of us — homes can look fine on the surface while something’s unraveling underneath. Strife, pride, foolish words, a divided heart — Proverbs 17 names them all, and reminds us God’s Word is medicine that takes time to work. Where is your home quietly hurting behind the smile?

🙏🏾Lord, be the peace under our roof even when the walls feel loud. Amen.

Let’s worship with music…prayer that never stops! Let this song lead you into that same posture of surrender — “Thy will be done.”

“He said to them, ‘When you pray, say: Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come…’” — Luke 11:2

Reflection: Are you praying like you truly believe God can do the big things, or only the small ones? Sit with that question today.

God has no limits because His power, wisdom, love, and presence are infinite. He is not bound by time, space, or human weakness, meaning nothing is too hard for Him to do.

Monday — Faith in Action
Yesterday we talked about a God who is more eager to speak to us than we are to listen — and about what it really means to pray without ceasing. Not just words before a meal or in a crisis, but a constant, open line to Him throughout the day.

This week, put that into action. Set a reminder, pray in the car, whisper a prayer before a hard conversation. Faith in action starts with staying tuned in — believing God for the big things, not just the small ones, and trusting Him with whatever the outcome may be.

What’s one way you can build that constant connection into your day today?

Thoughtful Thursday
🙏 Prayer “Lord, help me count my blessings instead of comparing myself to others. Teach me to be thankful and willing to trust You with my future, even when I don’t have all the answers.”

Solomon said the next-best-thing trap will never fulfill you. The greater the level, the bigger the devil — so we must treasure God’s advice and trust Him with what’s ahead.

What’s one blessing you’choosing to focus on today instead of what you don’t have? 💭

🌿 Good morning, church family! Happy Wednesday!🌿

May this midweek moment be a reminder that you don’t have to carry what God has already promised to handle.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
— 1 Peter 5:7

Whatever has been weighing on your heart this week — that situation at work, that relationship, that uncertainty about the future — pray about it. Don’t stress about it. God was up all night anyway. 😊

He’s not surprised by what you’re facing. He’s not overwhelmed by your circumstances. And He’s not asking you to figure it all out before Wednesday is over.

Just trust Him. Pray more. Worry less.

We’re believing with you for breakthroughs, peace, and provision this week. You are seen, you are loved, and you are covered.

Have a blessed Wednesday, beloved. 🙏🏽

💬 Drop a 🙏 in the comments if you’re trusting God with something today — let’s agree in prayer together!
