UMass Hindu YUVA

UMass Hindu YUVA Hindu YUVA (Youth for Unity, Virtues, and Action) holds weekly meetings, where we have yoga, team-building games, discussions, and workshops.

Hindu YUVA is a socio-cultural organization that promotes awareness about the Hindu culture and way of life, with specific focus on its social aspects. We create opportunities for the UMass community to understand the social aspects of Hindu Dharma, or the Hindu way of life (such as yoga and meditation, practical applications of Hindu philosophy, environmental protection, etc.). We also explore th

e concept of sewa, or service, in Hindu culture, and provide students with community service opportunities both locally and abroad through our partnerships with various volunteer organizations.
