Reminder to register now for Kids’ Fun Week - June 22 - 26! Please register ASAP (deadline is June 10) so we can plan for the week and order T-shirts.

This weeklong fun-packed summer experience is for kids completing K-5 this spring. It happens June 22 - 26 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily. Local children, from all faiths and backgrounds, are welcome to attend. The $150 per child cost includes lunch each day.

Pentecost Sunday marks the conclusion of the Easter season, and celebrates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon Jesus' followers. Special thanks to Rev. Marguerite Sheehan for leading today's worship, and to our Minister of Music and Organist Marilyn Brayne and the South Church Choir for providing service music on this special day!

Service of Installation for Rev. Dr. Susan Cartmell this coming Sunday, May 17, at 3 p.m.! Join us for a service of celebration, special music and liturgy. A service of installation is a formal event that recognizes the covenant between a congregation and a settled pastor. The service includes several speakers from the area clergy and from the life of the pastor. It also includes a gathering of clergy from other churches who witness and bless this covenant with their presence. A reception follows. Choral Director Todd Fruth and the Amherst Regional High School (ARHS) Hurricane Singers will present gospel, spiritual, folk, and pop songs at the South Church sanctuary on May 12 at 7 p.m. This includes their three-song set performed at the recent Massachusetts Instrumental and Choral Conductors Association (MICCA) festival in North Andover, where MICCA supports the study and performance of instrumental and choral music in Massachusetts public schools.

Bring your family and friends for an uplifting evening presented by the South Church Arts & Social Justice and Music committees. Free-will donations will be gratefully received for the ARHS and South Church music programs.
