Parenting in today’s world comes with unique challenges—but you don’t have to navigate them alone. GrowPoint Kids and Student Ministries invites parents and caregivers to join our Summer Book Club as we read and discuss The Anxious Generation through a faith-filled lens.

The Anxious Generation Book Club will meet for 3 sessions, once a month, with options to attend on either Sunday or Thursday evenings. We know summer schedules can be busy, so even if you can’t attend all 3 meetings, we still encourage you to register and join us when you can. Session notes will be provided so you can easily follow along and stay connected to the discussion.

5th Grade Launch Celebration

Last night we celebrated our 5th graders as they transition from GrowKids to GrowStudents - Middle School. Our 5th grade families were served dinner by our 4th graders.

We had prophetic words, scriptures, prayer and each student chose their own new Bible. We will miss our 5th graders but are excited to launch them into their new season.

Let's have an indoor picnic!

This week's picnic-themed table tent leads us to talk about what our alone time with God looks like.

Choose a question each. day to discuss as a family to reinforce the main point that God wants to hear from us.

*BONUS* - GrowKids Elementary students all received their own personal God Time Journals to write/draw their thoughts to God - their happy thoughts/sad thoughts/good things/bad things/excited thoughts . . . God wants to hear them all.

So parents, gift your kids some alone time with God so they can see they have His undivided attention and loves hearing from them.

This Sunday we kicked off our new series: A SEAT AT THE TABLE.

Each week we will be providing a TABLE TENT for each family which includes our series memory verse, discussion questions, and a family action step.

The goal is to sit as a family 1 meal/day and complete an item from the table tent. Our hope is that as a family you will start building a rhythm of intentional conversation during your times together.

Ask any parent with a graduation senior in the next month and they will assure you that the time goes quickly so make the most of the moments you have together as a family.
