Memorial Mom’s Day: Join us as we celebrate our Memorial Moms on Sunday, May 10—Mother’s Day!

Moms: You’re invited to the Student Center during the Sunday School hour (9:40–10:30 AM) for muffins, coffee cake, coffee, and tea. Take this time to relax, connect, and enjoy conversation with other moms.

Sunday School Youth & Dads: Head to the Fellowship Hall for a fun Mother’s Day craft! We’ll be making fingerprint flower bookmarks for Mom.

Sunday School Parents Meeting: Natalie Battles and Liz Higgins from the Board of Directors would like to invite parents of our Sunday school, middle school, and high school students to meet with them on March 1 and/or March 8 during the Sunday School hour (9:45–10:30 a.m.) in the South Gold Room. Coffee and rolls will be provided. They are looking forward to gathering additional input on the feedback received from the recent congregational survey, as well as hearing your ideas for strengthening our Sunday School, family, and youth ministries. Your perspective is important, and we sincerely encourage you to attend and share your thoughts. We hope you will join us for this meaningful conversation.

Pumpkin Carving Contest: On Oct 19th, Memorial Lutheran Church will have its annual pumpkin carving contest from 2 - 4 p.m. All ages can carve and if they are young, they can paint their pumpkins. Once kids get done with carving their pumpkins, there will be other activities for them to do. Please use the sign-up sheet, (in comments) so we have enough pumpkins for all.

Sunday School is off to a great start! On Rally Day, September 7, the children went to five stations about life during the later Old Testament when the kings ruled.

Confirmation for grades 6-8 begins on Wednesday, September 3. A meeting between the parents and the pastors will be Wednesday, August 27, at 7 PM.
