A sweet and bittersweet Sunday all in one. 💙

Our adorable incoming kindergarteners stopped by to meet their new Small Groups, while our 5th graders are getting ready for an exciting new chapter as they move up to Youth Group.

It was also a heartfelt farewell to our amazing Children's Ministry intern, Miss Mallory Sandefur, as she celebrated her last Sunday with us before heading to Athens. We’re so thankful for the love, joy, and dedication she’s poured into our kids, and we can't wait to see all God has in store for her. Please join us in praying for her as she begins this next adventure!

Reminder next week is Promotion Sunday.

We had a blast at the Atlanta Zoo 🐘 this week as part of our Central Kids Summer Series! Next week we're headed to the Aviation Museum ✈️ in Warner Robins, followed by Launch Trampoline Park 🤾‍♂️ in Columbus the week after.

And to wrap up our Bible Books recital challenge for the school year, we had John Allen Minor, Lilly Sheff, Lincoln Collins and Harper Greene! We didn’t quite reach our goal of 40 students, but Mr. Ellis showed some grace and is still letting the kids celebrate. We are so proud of all the hard work and dedication these students put in this year!
