This Women’s History Month, we proudly recognize Asia Cladd, an emerging leader whose commitment to excellence, service, and community impact continues to inspire those around her. A native of Americus, Georgia and a graduate of Mercer University’s Stetson-Hatcher School of Business, Asia has already distinguished herself through academic achievement, leadership, and professional growth. Now serving as a Senior Accounting SOX Compliance Analyst at Synovus, she plays an important role in financial accountability and operational excellence. Beyond her career, Asia is deeply involved in community service, serving on the boards of Micah’s Promise, Columbus Habitat for Humanity, and the Urban League of the River Valley Young Professionals, where she currently serves as Secretary and Membership Co-Chair. Recognized as ULRVYP Member of the Year, Asia continues to demonstrate a passion for financial literacy, community development, and empowering others to succeed. Her dedication to purpose-driven leadership reflects the impact of women shaping stronger communities for the future.
