“And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?” — Matthew 21:16 (KJV)

Today we pause to thank God for the spark He placed inside this young “babe”- a spark, of desire mixed with courage, so strong that he stepped forward and asked to take part in Sunday morning devotion.

And the best part? It wasn’t even “Youth Sunday!”

What a beautiful reminder that God is still raising up voices, still stirring hearts, still perfecting praise in the most unexpected places. May this moment inspire all of us- young and old- to answer when God calls, to step forward when the Spirit nudges, and to never underestimate what He can do through a willing heart.

With grateful hearts, we are pleased to share that on Thursday, May 14th, our Samaritan’s Touch Outreach Ministry delivered a cash donation to Harvest of Hope Food Bank Pantry. This gift was made possible entirely through your generosity, compassion, and willingness to serve our community in Christ’s name.

Scripture reminds us, “And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” (Hebrews 13:16 NIV). Once again, you have beautifully embodied this truth. Your kindness is more than a donation; it is a ministry, a blessing, and a reflection of the heart of the mighty God we serve.
