The Bible is very clear that when we pray by faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, God will hear and answer our prayers.

Thinking back 23 years ago and how much our world has changed. Wow! Now thinking back 8 years ago and how my world has changed. It is now 8 years since my heart attack for which I am thankful to God! I will have to elaborate on this later for those who don't know my testimony.

Good Lord's Day morning! Preparing to lead worship in a little bit, but thought that I would take time to post a progress report on how I am doing through my radiation therapy. I have made it through five weeks! I have a week break and then four more weeks to follow. I had a MRI done this past Thursday, but have to wait until a week from Tuesday, when I see my doctor next to find out the results to see how effective the radiation has been on my tumors. The process has been a bit frustrating at times. Thanks for your continued prayers for me and Rose. Greatly appreciated!!

Good morning f b friends and family . Well today is day that I start 9 weeks (M-F) of radiation therapy for my prostate cancer. Trusting God to get us through it like everything else! As I told our boys, I think at this point the most challenging part will be holding the 30 some ounces of water that I have to drink 30 minutes before my session for the 15 minutes of the treatment before I can relieve myself. Thanks for the prayers. One good news note is that I heard back from my surgeon about my thyroid and there is only 1 % chance of that lump being cancer! so we will wait another year and scan it again. PtL!

A year older, but still feeling blessed by my Lord Jesus Christ! A lot is going on in my life right now and will share more in a couple of weeks. Awaiting a thyroid biopsy next Friday and the start of radiation therapy in 2 or 3 weeks. Thanks for your prayers!

Hi, Family and facebook friends,
Well, the Rick Wulf, Sr. family needs your prayers again. We have encountered another "health" bump in the road. In 2022 before my lung cancer surgery, at my urologist appointment, it was time for my prostate biopsy. In doing it one marker for cancer was found out of twelve that were taken. I was told that it would have to be repeated again. This time two samples were found and I have been referred to a cancer treatment center for radiation and seed therapy. We go on Thursday to have a consultation with the Doctor there. it looks like nine weeks of radiation. God has a lot to work out! Good thing we serve a great big GOD!!! Thanks

The Apostle Paul, is one of the greatest Christians that followed and served his Messiah! In 2 Corinthians 1:3-7, we read these powerful words of hope and promise! "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer. And our hope for you is firm, because we know that just as you share in our sufferings, so also you share in our comfort."
Life is not easy. What an understatement, right? There are so many things in this life that we can't understand, that our faith in God helps us to trust Him! He allows the "bad" times to come into our lives so that we have to call out to Him for help, and then He shows us His mercy and grace to get us through these difficult times! Paul shares with us that a blessed benefit of receiving God's compassion and comfort, is that we then be able to show that same compassion, comfort, and help with others who are going through similar experiences and all the praise will go to God!! May you be able to fully experience God's compassion, comfort and help! God bless you !!

Jude vs. 20-25, "But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt; save others by snatching them from the fire; to others show mercy, mixed with fear—hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen." As Jude wrote these words under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in the First Century, they are just as important in our Twenty-First Century world !! The Holy Spirit is able to keep us from stumbling and to present us before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy! Hang in there dear friends !!

Well, the world situation hasn't seem to get any better, in fact, maybe it's even worse! The question that we need to consider is, how do we keep from becoming cynical? The simple answer is found in the Bible. The words of Jesus are quite clear and encouraging. John recorded these words of Jesus in John 16:33: "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” We can take Jesus at His word and trust Him. Don't fear dear friends !

It has been a while since I have posted. Too much happening in life I suppose. Let God's Word encourage you.
"I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will tell of all Your marvelous works.
I will be glad and rejoice in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.
When my enemies turn back,
They shall fall and perish at Your presence.
For You have maintained my right and my cause;
You sat on the throne judging in righteousness.

O enemy, destructions are finished forever!
