To help you have the best experience possible, here are 3 simple tips to prepare before you give:

✨ 1. Eat well & stay hydrated
Have a healthy meal beforehand and drink extra water leading up to your appointment — this keeps your blood sugar and fluid levels steady and helps make veins easier to find. Avoid alcohol and heavy fatty foods before donating.

😴 2. Get a good night’s sleep
Rest is key! A full night of sleep the night before helps your body feel strong and reduces the chance of dizziness.

👕 3. Dress comfortably
Wear a shirt with sleeves that can be easily rolled up — this helps our team access your arm quickly and comfortably.
