Big prayer request church family….. and everyone else! One of our members has a grandson who is autistic, schizophrenic and non verbal and has been missing in Florida since yesterday! His name is Benjamin and he is 16 years old. God protect this sweet boy! Be with the vast army of law enforcement and citizens that are looking for him! Be with his family as they are facing this difficult time!

Join us tomorrow for worship at 10:30 am. Bible Classes for all ages begin at 9:30 am. Willie and Lindsay Culala will be back in the Coffee Connection starting tomorrow at 9:00 am. Be sure to stop in and grab one of Willie's fancy coffees before class!

Bring this flyer to Blue Sky on S. Coulter St. in Amarillo on Monday, Sept. 14th 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and they will donate a portion of the sale to our youth group.

Another dinner cooked at the Ronald McDonald House!! This is a great organization that the Colonies cooks a meal for on the first Thursday of every month!

Last week we had 18 ladies go visit Hope+Choice for a lunch and learn! We got to hear all about the good works that this organization does! The Colonies supports Hope+Choice monthly….so it was a great opportunity for some of our members to see first hand where some of the churches money go! Thank you Hope+Choice for hosting us!!!

August Sermon Series Part 2

Our BACK TO SCHOOL BLESSING……. Was exactly that— A BLESSING!!!! We had a HUGE turnout!! 100 burgers, 100 hotdogs……. Every single one was gobbled up!!! (Huge shout out to Scott, Roger and Rusty) Rodney said a wonderful prayer over all our children and youth….. praying for a wonderful school year for students, teachers, and parents! Afterwords, we packed up 72 backpacks with school supplies that we will be taking to Eastridge Elementary on Monday! (These supplies were purchased with the money we made at our garage sale last weekend) church family is so amazing here at the Colonies!!! If you are looking for a church to call home, we would LOVE for you to come visit us!!! Our Youth and Children’s areas are wonderful! We have amazing adult classes, too!!! (Sunday Bible classes begin at 9:30am and Worship begins at 10:30am. We also have Bible classes for all ages on Wednesday nights beginning at 6:30pm— and starting September 9th we will begin our Wednesday night meals again starting at 6:00pm! We would love to meet you and help you get involved!
