Wes Huff and Ruslan recently had a conversation suggesting that the gifts of the Spirit are not normative for modern-day believers. While I respect these men and appreciate many things they do, Pastor Brian firmly disagrees.
The same Holy Spirit poured out in the Book of Acts is still moving today. We still believe in Pentecost. We still believe in speaking in tongues, prophecy, miraculous healing, deliverance, and the supernatural power of God.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The gifts of the Spirit were never meant to disappear — they were meant to empower the Church to reach a lost world.

Today we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸

At His Church, we honor the sacrifice, courage, and legacy of every fallen hero and every family carrying that sacrifice today. Jesus said, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

May we never forget the cost of freedom, and may we continue to pray for our nation, our military, and the generations to come.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. 🇺🇸

This is a prayer for every Gold Star family, every loved one, and every home that carries the weight of that sacrifice. We salute you on this Memorial Day.

Thank you to those who laid down their lives so that future generations could live in freedom. Freedom is not free.
