Psalm 100 is a reminder of what joy truly is.

It's not the same as happiness. Happiness usuallly depends on our circumstances. When things are going well, we feel happy.
But joy runs deeper. Joy comes from knowing who God is, trusting His goodness, and remembering that we belong to Him.

Did you know...?
Our worship team typically has a second weekly practice on Sunday mornings between 8:45 and 9:30am. If you love worship, you can get EXTRA worship time two different ways:
1) Come to church early and enjoy an extra worship set with a handful of other early birds
2) Attend the prayer and worship gathering in the red room at 8:30. Debi Jeter leads the group in prayer during the worship music that plays the full time.

For a few weeks we are talking with the kids about the different types of love that the Bible talks about.

Last Sunday we talked about Agape (that GOD LOVE!) and phileo (brotherly love; love of others; love of things)

We decided to stretch our brotherly love muscles and get in teams to try and create funny optical illusion photos. LOL, most were fails, but we got a couple funny ones ;) We may try again this Sunday...

PSALM 100 was the theme for our nursery kiddos last Sunday (Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!)

Addie had the littles decorate shakers and sticks to celebrate. Their creations will stay in the class to use when they have worship. Cute, right?

Well folks, we have another member of PREP graduating into civilian life this week! Melody, we are proud of you and all your hard work! Congratulations on taking those steps toward evolving into the person you want to be. We uphold our promise to pray for you and continue to be your support during this time of transition.
