FOR THE CITY SUNDAY is this weekend!

Join us this Sunday at 9:30am as we gather for a short time of worship and devotion before heading out to serve together through a variety of projects and opportunities. We’ll wrap up around 12:00–12:30pm.

This Sunday, our primary projects will include:
• Cleaning up and refreshing areas around the church property
• Assembling Summer Blessing Bags for the unhoused in our community
• Intentional prayer for our congregation, our city, and the people God has called us to reach

If you’re able, please bring any items that may help with the work projects, including:
• Work gloves
• Rakes/shovels
• Wheelbarrows
• Basic hand tools
• Battery-powered tools and chargers
• Cleaning supplies
• Water bottles

There will be opportunities for all ages and skill levels, and even if you don’t have tools or supplies, we would still love for you to be part of the morning.

Let’s come ready to serve, pray, encourage one another, and continue creating spaces where people can connect to life through the good news of Jesus Christ.

This Sunday is For The City Sunday!

Join us as we spend the morning serving together and putting our faith into action in practical ways. It’s always a meaningful time of community, teamwork, and living out the love of Jesus together.

We’ll gather at Crossroads Church at 9:30am and serve until around 12:00–12:30pm. More details about projects and opportunities to serve will be shared later this week.

Today we remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is costly and that laying down one’s life for others is one of the greatest acts of love.

Jesus said, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we pause with gratitude, pray for the families of the fallen, and remember the ultimate hope we have in Christ, who gave His life so that we could truly live.

May we live with humility, gratitude, and a renewed commitment to love God and serve others well.

A Spirit-filled church is not marked by noise, hype, or activity alone. It is marked by a people whose lives have been transformed by the presence and power of Jesus.

When the early church came alive in Acts 2, their faith was not confined to a weekly gathering. It overflowed into shared life, open hands, joyful worship, and a daily witness that pointed others to Christ.

This is the kind of church we want to be.

Devoted to God’s Word.
Committed to one another.
Centered around the table.
Faithful in prayer.
Generous with what we have.
Joyful in our worship.
Present in our everyday witness.

May the Spirit continue forming us into a people who connect others to life through the Good News of Jesus Christ.
