Join us for the Amarillo College Community Concert Band, directed by Bruce Collins, on Thursday, April 13 at 7:30PM in the sanctuary. As a continuation of the Easter season, this week’s concert features music influenced by the church, including Bach, traditional hymn arrangements, and some contemporary settings, all beautifully arranged for wind band.

First Baptist will host the Fort Worth-based, Singing Girls of Texas Monday night, March 27 at 7:00pm in the sanctuary
1208 S. Tyler, Amarillo, TX
This is the final choral concert of their tour, highlighting female composers, poets, and artists. Free admission.

Such an incredible Youth Choir Mission Trip. We’re heading back to Amarillo today with full hearts. We can’t wait to share with our church family on Sunday morning. ❤️

From Kids Midweek choirs leading Sunday worship, to First Singers hosting the Texas Baptists choir festival; youth choir rehearsals for Celebrate Life, to Sanctuary choir leading worship as we hosted Dr. Jim Denison, it's been a full couple of weeks in the life of our ministry! What a blessing to witness the many ways God is at work through every generation.

THIS SATURDAY (Oct 2), Jerry Stephens, pianist in recital.
2pm FBC Amarillo sanctuary.

Works by Mozart, Haydn, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, as well as other light piano favorites. Jerry and his wife Paula traveled for years as a piano duet team in Texas and the rest of the Southwest. Jerry also served as the rehearsal accompanist for the Dallas Symphony Chorus for 38 years. He is an accomplished player as well as a teacher. If you have an hour on Saturday, this would be worth your time.
