REAL LIFE FAITH: FAITH & FEELINGS

Today was emotional. Our final worship service in the old church house. ❤️‍🩹

We praised. We cried. We prayed. We remembered. And then we packed it up and MOVED FORWARD. 🙌🏾

Pastor reminded us that faith doesn’t mean you don’t have feelings, it means your feelings don’t get the final say.

RESIGNATION.
REPENTANCE.
REVIVAL.
REBELLION.

There are seasons when God requires us to release what was, receive what He’s doing, and walk by FAITH into what’s NEXT.

We’re thankful for every prayer prayed, every soul touched, every tear shed, and every life changed in this house.

But when God says MOVE, you MOVE. 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

We cleaned it out. We closed the doors. And together, we headed toward our NEW CHURCH HOME. 🏠🙌🏾

217, thank you for the memories. ❤️

WE’RE HOME! 🏠🙌🏾

What started as FAITH, God turned into FRUITION.

There were prayers. There were questions. There were moments when we didn’t know exactly how God was going to do it.

But He did. 🙏🏾

From raising our hand in faith to now having a place we can call HOME, this journey is another reminder that when God gives the vision, He will make provision.

A new address.
A new chapter.
The same mission.
And GREATER WORK AHEAD! 🔥

Beginning Sunday, September 6 at 11:00 AM, join us at our NEW HOME:

We’ll begin worshiping in the Fellowship Hall as we prepare our sanctuary for what’s ahead.

217 will forever be part of our story, but 4801 is where God is writing the NEXT CHAPTER.

ONE LAST SUNDAY.

Some places become more than an address, they become part of your story.

On Sunday, August 30th, we’ll worship one final time at 217 & 219 SW 7th Ave.

Within these walls, prayers were answered, souls were saved, lives were changed, people were baptized, and countless memories were made. Through every season, GOD HAS BEEN FAITHFUL. 🙌🏾

We’re grateful for what God did at 217, but we’re even more excited about WHAT’S NEXT!

The address may be changing, but the mission remains the same.

Same heart. Same purpose. Greater things ahead. ❤️

🙏🏾🎒 TONIGHT, WE’RE COVERING THE SCHOOL YEAR IN PRAYER! 📚🙏🏾

As our children return to the classroom, we believe one of the greatest things we can send with them is PRAYER.

Tonight, Tuesday Night Bible Study (TNBS) is cancelled, but instead of Bible Study, we’re coming together to pray. 🙌🏾

We’re covering our children in prayer.
🙏🏾 Their minds
🙏🏾 Their safety
🙏🏾 Their friendships
🙏🏾 Their decisions
🙏🏾 Their confidence
🙏🏾 Their purpose
🙏🏾 And their relationship with God

But we’re not stopping there!

We’re praying for the teachers who will teach them, administrators who will lead them, counselors who will guide them, coaches who will encourage them, cafeteria and support staff who will serve them, and bus drivers who will carry them safely each day. 🚌❤️

Before this school year gets going, WE’RE COVERING IT IN PRAYER!

🎒📚 FILTERING YOUR FAITH | BACK TO SCHOOL SUNDAY 🙏🏾

Today was about more than backpacks, pencils, notebooks, and supplies, it was about making sure our young people are equipped spiritually for the school year ahead. ❤️

As our youth prepare to head back to school, Pastor reminded us about FILTERING YOUR FAITH.

Every voice doesn’t deserve your attention.
Every opinion doesn’t deserve your agreement.
Every trend doesn’t deserve your participation.
And everything the world puts in front of you doesn’t belong in your spirit.

Before you accept it, FILTER IT THROUGH YOUR FAITH. 🙏🏾

Does it line up with God’s Word?
Does it strengthen your relationship with God?
Does it reflect who God has called you to be?

Our prayer is that our students walk into this school year knowing WHO they are and WHOSE they are. 🙌🏾

We pray for protection over every classroom, every hallway, every bus ride, every teacher, every administrator, and every student. May God give our young people wisdom to make good decisions, courage to stand apart, strength when they’re pressured, and faith that won’t fold when it’s tested.

✏️ Supplies ready.
🙏🏾 Prayers covering them.
❤️ Faith activated.
