It is easy for athletes to let their sport define them, chasing the fleeting title of being the big man on campus. But when performance becomes the sole measure of value, injury or a losing season can shatter an athlete's identity. True security is not earned on the field or found in the praise of a crowd — it is a gift of grace already secured through Christ. When student-athletes anchor their worth in their relationship with Jesus, they are freed from the pressure to perform and can compete with true joy, humility and purpose. The campus then transforms from a proving ground into a powerful arena for discipleship and ministry.

This is the ministry of FCA. This is freedom in Christ- not for just athletics but for life.

📢 FCA Leadership Camp

This 5-day, 4-night camp ⛺️ will be held at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. Campers will stay in dorms and be placed into same-gender, age-based (12–18) huddles for fun competitions☄️, relevant teaching 📖, and meaningful community🗣️—making this the best week of the summer and a truly life-transforming experience. ☀️😎🤍
