Joyful Life is a church where people come to worship and praise, and enjoy the WORD OF GOD. We believe in the verbal inspiration of the scripture, both the Old and the New Testament.
2. Our God is a Trinity in unity, manifested in three persons: The FATHER, The SON and The HOLY SPIRIT.
3. In the deity of our LORD, JESUS CHRIST, in the virgin birth, in HIS sinless life, in HIS miracles, in His vi
carious and atoning death on the cross, in HIS bodily resurrection, in HIS ascension to the right hand of the FATHER, and in HIS personal return in power and glory.
4. That regeneration by the HOLY SPIRIT for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, through faith in the shedding of blood of JESUS Christ is absolutely essential.
5. In the life of holiness, without which no one can see the LORD, through sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of the grace.
6. In the Baptism of the HOLY GHOST, received subsequent to the new birth, with the evidence of speaking in tongues, as the SPIRIT gives the utterance, as the initial physical sign and evidence.
7. In the water baptism by immersion for believers only. which is a direct commandment of our LORD, in the name of the FATHER and of the SON and of the HOLY SPIRIT.
8. In the LORD'S Supper and washing of the saint's feet.
9. That divine healing is provided for the atonement, and is available to all who truly believe.
10. In the premillennial Second Coming of JESUS: first, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to meet HIM in the air; and second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.
11. In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost: They that are saved unto resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of the damnation.
