Unchained Celebrate Recovery Open Meeting is at Martha Road Baptist Church on Sunday at 5, Share groups at 6, Fellowship at 7. Come celebrate with us!!! Child care provided.

Martha Road Baptist Church offers this Christ centered 12 step recovery program for ANY hurt, habit and hang-up. Worship and large group meets from 5-6, share groups from 6-7, and fellowship from 7-8:30 every Sunday evening. We are Drug Court Signature Approved!

Pay Attention to What Fills You

Not everything that takes your time gives you life.

Some things drain us.
Some things restore us.

Mental health isn’t only about reducing stress.
It’s also about increasing what nourishes your soul.

Pay attention to what leaves you feeling:
• peaceful
• encouraged
• connected
• hopeful

Those things matter.
Healing grows when we intentionally make room for what fills us.

Make a list of three things that genuinely refill your emotional tank.
Choose one and do it this week.
