Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church is a Baptist church located in the heart of Altoona, PA. Founded in 1873, Mount Zion prides itself in having members of more than 4 generations at one time. Our members are dedicated to giving God the glory and honor though their community work, such as prison ministry, clothing drives, missionary work and ultimately saving souls. We are delighted to announce

that, after a long search, God has answered our prayers for a new pastor called to shepherd His flock, The Rev. Please take time to join us for Sunday School (9:30am), Sunday Morning Worship Service (10:45am) and Bible Study on Thursday evenings (7:00pm).
