AHG Troop il1225

Our troop had a great time outside! The Pathfinders learned about F***y Crosby and made binoculars to look for animals with, while the Tenderhearts, Explorers and Pipas learned about orienteering and how to pace, read a compass and go to different points. They also had a blast making a first aid bag to take with them on their outdoor adventures. We wrapped up with a devotion on our program them of finding our Victory in Jesus based on 1 Corinthians 15:57.

It was a hot one this past weekend.
Girls and Adults braved the heat for their yearly camping trip and yearly National Day of Service Project.

Girls helped set up camp, ate camp food, drank lots of water, worship, fellowship, served the Ranger by completing a service project on grounds, water games, made and dressed in the Armor of God and enjoyed creation unplugged.

Kickoff was a blast! Girls learned about Dandelion and Victoria with Ms. Pam, as well as finding our victory in Jesus. 1 Corinthians 15:57.
They played games outside, made trophies, made medallions out of fruit rollups and oreos, and met up with their units for the first time. Over all, get together to start back the year, make memories, have fun and learn about Jesus and our victory in Him.

Girls got together to do tent checks in preparation of the camp trip. They were all troopers as we set them all up and inspected them. Great job ladies!
