It is our goal to win people to faith in Jesus Christ & commit them actively to the Church: to help them grow in grace & the knowledge of Jesus Christ through Biblical instruction in order that they know & do His will, to work for the unity of fellowship of all Christians in the common task of building

the kingdom of God according to the pattern which Christ & His Apostles laid down in the New Testament. We exist to seek & to save the lost (Luke 19:10) & to educate & edify our fellow Christians until we all attain to the unity of the faith & knowledge of the Son of God (Ephesians 4:12-13). Service Times:
~Sunday school: 10:00 am
~Morning Worship: 11:00 am
~Evening Service: 7:00 pm
~ Every First Sunday of each month we do contemporary worship.
~ Choir practice at 6:00 pm
~Wednesday: Mid-Week Bible study: 7:00 pm

Please join us at the Altavista Church of Christ, 1301 Avondale Drive, Altavista VA 24517 for our Youth Resurrection Celebration. We are planning to have praise worship, Bible Story/Devotion, scavenger hunt, crafts, lunch and an egg hunt. We look forward to this fun event as a great time for family fellowship.

The Ladies Ever Ready Circle meeting for tonight has been rescheduled for Tuesday night at 7pm.

We had 15 tonight for Heather’s Prayer Board craft night. It was a fun night and everyone had a great time selecting items to create their boards. Thank you to all that came. We enjoyed the fellowship and hope to see you all on Sunday.
