Good Morning my friends!!! I hope you can join my family and I at church this morning. With the week that the Devil has put us through, the only place you’ll find us is in the House Of The Lord, praising him for his mercies!! My daughter was involved in a car accident this week, that very well could have taken her away from us. Our God wrapped her in a hedge of protection and delivered her from Satan. There is no other explanation on how she was able to come out of this wreck other than God & Angels. I want to extend a whole hearted THANK YOU!!! to everyone that has donated to this ministry❤️❤️ “Clothe Your Soul Ministries” has been able to provide clothing to 440 people & several organizations from March to August. We are thriving because of God being the heart of this and because he has lead you all to donate.

“Clothe Your Soul Ministries” is growing causing us to need to find a bigger space. We are looking for a building or store front to rent. We will continue to provide free clothing, prayers, safe spaces, quiet environment and hugs. Once a location is found, we want to expand our services that will incorporate once a month Bible study sessions for adults and youth. We will also have local Pastors on call if someone needs more than what our volunteers can provide.

If anyone can help with this process please reach out to me through text, email or phone calls. I am in the process of getting us considered a Non-Profit Organization, so if you can guide me on how to do this, I will be grateful. This ministry has blessed me just as much as the people of our community. If anyone, churches, businesses or organizations that would like to join/partner with us please reach out.

The soul purpose of “Clothe Your Soul Ministries” is to spread the word, gospel and love that God shows us. We don’t want anyone left out and not get to see that glorious place called Heaven❤️

Just wanted to to brag on God!! This past Sunday we (Baptist Tabernacle) held our back to school event. The clothes closet was open during this time from 2p-6p. During that time we had 125 people come visit our clothing closet. Every person that came left with at least 2 bags of clothing if not more. At the end of evening one of our members of the church looked around and made the comment “ it doesn’t look like any thing has been taken, how is that possible?” The only answer that came out of my mouth was “God”!!! I’m telling you this, when God is involved, nothing is impossible.

I left Sunday evening physically exhausted but my heart and soul was overflowing. I hope that everyone that visited us Sunday will join us for church this Sunday. We have classes for kids and adults. Come as you are, you are all welcomed. Sunday school starts at 10am for adults and children and Preaching at 11am along with children’s church.

People in today’s society is all about taking risks and trying new things. People even jump out of airplanes. So why not try giving God a chance??? I guarantee you won’t be disappointed and once you let his spirit in I promise you won’t ever find a better feeling❤️

While reading my daily Bible devotional, this text hit me hard. I am imperfect, I am ordinary but that’s how he made me. He has lead me to start my clothing closet ( Baptist Tabernacle Clothes Closet ). When I tell you that I started it to help others but the person that has been blessed the most is myself. The purpose was to provide clothes to people who couldn’t afford them free of charge and while they are there we talk to them about Jesus and invite them to visit our church. We share our testimonies with them, we show the love, compassion and grace that God showed us. Jesus didn’t win the trust of people just by showing up. He walked, talked, prayed, sat and listened to people. This ministry isn’t just about clothes but it’s learning about Jesus, learning to trust him, finding your way home, confessing that you are a sinner & Accepting Jesus into your heart. So that when that day comes and we depart this earth, we all can stand before our God and hear “Welcome Home”. So instead of calling it Baptist Tabernacle Clothes Closet, we will refer to it as “Cloth Your Soul Ministries” because wrapping your soul in the word of God will lead you where you need to go.

Tell me our God isn’t real, I’ll show you he is❤️

In preparation for our upcoming vacation Bible school at The Baptist Tabernacle, July 12th- 17th and scheduled vacations the clothes closet will be closed the remainder of July. We will re-open in August. We are still accepting donations during this time. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
