Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Headquarters of the Seventh-day Adventist Church for most of the state of Florida. Walking Together in faith, hope and love. We must be one in Christ!

Faith in Jesus, Hope in the second coming and sharing the love of God. Walking together is God’s plan to encourage each other as we share the urgent message of His Second Coming. It is this oneness that will get us through to the end. As we encourage each other, accept each other, and love each other, our differences will lessen, and our characters will be perfected to fit us for place in the kingdom above.

Our Florida Conference Administration visited Walker Memorial Academy to share God’s Word, give out evangelistic T-shirts, and encourage students and staff in their faith. May God fill each classroom with His peace, give our students confidence to grow into all He is calling them to be, and renew the joy and strength of every staff member who helps them along the way.

Through Hannah’s story, Pr. Orlando Lopez reminded us at Forest City that God hears the prayers we can barely put into words. If you’re still waiting for an answer, keep bringing your heart to Him.

The date was right, but the event wasn’t what they expected. On October 22, 1844, Jesus didn’t return to Earth; He entered the Most Holy Place of the heavenly sanctuary to begin His final work of atonement and judgment as our High Priest.

182 years later, our hope remains the same: Jesus is coming again!

Focus on Florida — October, 2026

There are many different stories in this report, but they all point to the same purpose, creating more opportunities for people to encounter Jesus. In a classroom, a sanctuary, or serving the community, we want to reflect Jesus and make him known.
