Soccer club team for Grades 5, 6, 7 and 8 for Altamont and surrounding communities. Head Coach Lance Freezeland has been coaching the Tribe since 2010. He has also served as a baseball coach with Altamont Lutheran Interparish School (2010-11) and Altamont Post 512 Junior Legion Baseball (2012-15). Coach Corey Pals has been coaching with the Tribe since 2017. He has also served as a baseball coach
for Altamont based youth teams, and currently serves as an assistant baseball coach with Altamont Lutheran Interparish School. He played varsity soccer for Altamont High School. Coach Rob Burns has been coaching with the Tribe since 2019. Like Coach Pals, he played varsity soccer for Altamont High School in the early days of the program. Coach Christian Freezeland has been coaching with the Tribe since 2012. He played varsity soccer with Altamont High School 2012-15, served as Captain in 2015, and was named to the All Conference team in both 2014 and 2015. In 2015, he was named to the Decatur Herald & Review All-Area team as a midfielder. Coach Christian also played four years of club soccer with Eastern Illinois F.C.
