We Don’t Own the Rights to This Music
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our First Sunday of September Worship Service.

As we enter a new month, we pause to thank God for bringing us this far. Through every challenge, every uncertainty, every burden, and every blessing of 2026, God has remained faithful. The seasons may change, circumstances may change, and the world around us may change, but God is still on the throne, His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.

On this First Sunday, we are reminded that we have so much to be thankful for. Some of us have walked through situations we never expected. Some have carried burdens nobody else could see. Yet here we are—still standing, still believing, still trusting, and still able to give God praise.

Psalm 100 tells us to “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise.” So today, we have not gathered simply out of routine. We have come with grateful hearts to remember what the Lord has done, to celebrate His goodness, and to worship the One who has kept us.

As we prepare our hearts for worship, lay aside every distraction, release every worry, and surrender every fear. Whatever you brought with you this morning, place it in God's hands and trust Him with it.

This is the First Sunday of a new month. Let us begin September with praise on our lips, thanksgiving in our hearts, and expectation in our spirits.

For the Lord is good, His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endureth to all generations.

Let us worship Him together and expect God to move in a mighty way during this Sunday Worship Service.

As we continue through 2026, we recognize that we are living in challenging and uncertain times. Across our nation and around the world, we see division, rising costs, health concerns, violence, natural disasters, and families carrying burdens that often go unseen. Yet, in the midst of it all, one thing has not changed—God is still on the throne, and His love remains constant.
Each of us is walking a unique journey, but the common thread that unites us is the unfailing love of our Heavenly Father and the saving grace of His Son, Jesus Christ. The fact that you are here today is not an accident. You are here by divine appointment and for a divine purpose.
So, don’t wait for life to become easier or for every problem to disappear before you trust God completely. Begin today—right where you are, with what you have, and with faith in the God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ask or think.
Today is the day to lay aside every distraction, release every worry, surrender every fear, and open our hearts to receive everything God has prepared for us.
Let us praise Him with thanksgiving, worship Him with our whole hearts, lift up the name of Jesus, and expect God to move in a mighty way during this Sunday Worship Service.

Today’s message from Jeremiah 29:11, “A Church With A Legacy and Children With A Destiny,” reminds us that when fear rises, the way becomes unclear, and the storm does not stop, we can still place our trust in the One who has never failed us.

We invite you to worship with us, open your heart to God’s Word, and believe that He will give you strength, peace, and direction for whatever you are facing.
