Today Friendship Church has started a courageous path and a holy journey. We pray for God’s blessings and guidance. Let everything we do be for His glory that the gospel may be spread in our community and edified in our hearts.

We loved dear Mrs. Mary. She was an example to us all for walking as a Christian should. I know that she is rejoicing in the arms of her Heavenly Father.

In accordance with Gov. Kemp’s executive order, we will not be gathering until the end of May unlike previously planned.
We are eager to worship once again, but we will hold to Romans 13:1 which states that Christians are to be in subjection to the “governing authorities” that the cause of Christ not damaged as so we can have a good testimony throughout the community. Next meeting= May 31
Here is what I suggest that we do in the meantime:
1. Let us remain in prayer for those suffering from Covid 19,
2. Keep our Drs, nurses, police, EMS, and other health professionals in our thoughts and prayers,
3. Continue to shelter in place or wear masks in public as is practical,
4. Continue never fearing, but trusting in God who is the author and finisher of our faith and in whom we rest and for whom we serve.
In Christ,

Rev. Stanley Garland
