Jonah had a plan.
God had a purpose.

Jonah wanted comfort. God called him to obedience.
Jonah ran from Nineveh, but God interrupted the storm, the sea, and even a fish to redirect a prophet with a purpose.

Sometimes the greatest mercy of God is not letting us keep running.
Sometimes God will disturb your peace to save your purpose.

What feels like an interruption may actually be divine direction.
The closed door. The storm. The delay. The uncomfortable season.
God may be using it to get you exactly where He called you to be.

Don’t mistake God’s interruption for abandonment.
He loves you too much to let you drift away from your assignment.

The church was never meant to be confined to four walls.
We are called to go be the church.

This week at Ridgeline Church, let’s look for opportunities to share the hope of Jesus everywhere we go — at the restaurant, the ballfield, the workplace, the checkout line, or with a neighbor who just needs someone to care.

A smile.
A prayer.
An invitation.
A conversation.
One act of kindness could open the door for the Gospel.
