Pastor Appreciation Sunday!

Today we want to take a moment to recognize and thank Pastor Ritchie on this Pastor Appreciation Sunday.

Pastor, we are grateful for your spiritual leadership, your dedication to our congregation, and the care and compassion you share with us and our community. Your willingness to walk alongside us through life’s joys, challenges, and milestones is a true blessing.

We appreciate not only the time you give to our congregation, but also the heart, faith, and commitment you bring to your ministry each and every day.

On behalf of the congregation, thank you for being our pastor. We are blessed to have you serving among us, and we pray that God continues to strengthen, guide, and bless you in your ministry.

Happy Pastor Appreciation Sunday, Pastor Ritchie!

Today marks the 20th anniversary of the publication of Evangelical Lutheran Worship. A book was only one part of an unfolding family of resources that has formed and supported the ELCA’s worship for more than two decades.

God of all who wander
in the wilderness,
you go before us
as beacon and guide.

Lead us through all danger,
sustain us through all desolation,
and bring us home to the land
you have prepared for us.

Amen.
