Today we celebrate the first anniversary of Pastor Ritchie’s call to serve our congregation and Israel’s Lutheran Church. We give thanks to God for a year of faithful leadership, compassionate pastoral care, meaningful worship, and dedicated service to our church family and community. On behalf of our congregations, we extend our sincere gratitude for the gifts, wisdom, and commitment our pastor has shared with us throughout this first year of ministry. We pray that God will continue to bless and strengthen this partnership in Christ as we grow together in faith, hope, and love. Please join us in thanking our pastor for this year of service and in offering prayers for God’s continued guidance and blessings in the years ahead.

God of heaven and earth, before the foundation of the universe and the beginning of time you are the triune God: Author of creation, eternal Word of salvation, life-giving Spirit of wisdom. Guide us to all truth by your Spirit, that we may proclaim all that Christ has revealed and rejoice in the glory he shares with us. Glory and praise to you, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, now and forever.
