Organ Concert Premiere
Join us for a special organ concert celebrating the premiere of the new organ at St Joseph Church on Friday, May 29 at 6:30 pm. The concert will be performed by Craig Ziobert and will showcase the beauty and capabilities of the new instrument. A reception will follow the performance. All are welcome!

St Joseph Catholic Church, Alliance will be hosting the Cleveland Performing Arts Ministries of the play Tetelestai (Greek meaning - “It is finished”) contemporary musical passion play which features Jesus’ last week of life. The play vividly portrays His triumphant entry into Jerusalem, His trial and ex*****on, and most importantly, His resurrection.
There is no cost for the performances. They will be held on Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14 beginning at 8:00pm and on Sunday, March 15 at 1:00pm. Seating is on a first come - first serve basis.

The Epiphany blessing is a traditional Christian practice done around January 6. A priest, deacon or head of the household blessed the home, asking God to protect everyone who lived there and to welcome Christ into daily life. Chalk is often used to mark the doorway with the year and the letters C + M + B, which stand for the Magi- Caspar, Melchior and Balthasar - which also mean “Christ Bless this Home.”

After completing the above markings, pray the following prayer: May all who come to our home this year rejoice to find Christ living among us; and may we seek and serve, in everyone we meet, that same Jesus who is Lord of all people, forever and ever. Amen
