This week we're attending the Upper New York Annual Conference. We are celebrating and doing the work of our Allentown UMC.

The Allentown UMC Congregation is have an Induction and Installation Service this Sunday, July 24th.

After service, we will be having a coffee hour to welcome our new ministry team! Please come and enjoy the fellowship and the chance to get to know them better. We are very excited about this team and the leadership they have to offer. We feel very strongly that we will have many opportunities to grow in our faith and become an even stronger church community.

We are blessed to have Jones Memorial Hospital as our local rural hospital. Today the Allentown United Methodist Church delivered sandwiches for all of our staff at the hospital and the off-site clinics.

"Thank you so much for all you do to keep us safe. We know that you have made many sacrifices on our behalf during this pandemic and we are deeply grateful. In September and October our Allentown Church collected $136 for the UMCOR US Disaster Advance # 901670 and completed 3 flood buckets. Our contributions are now being put to work by the United Methodist Committee on Relief.
Today, UMCOR is using these funds through the Mayfield local church to provide the first response to their community. Go to this link to see more:
