Sunday, August 30, 2026 - This Sunday, Jesus asks his disciples—and each of us—a deeply personal question: “Who do you say that I am?” Through our readings from Romans and Matthew, we’ll consider how our answer is revealed not only in what we believe, but also in the way we love, serve, rejoice, and live together.

We will also joyfully celebrate the baptism of Grace Marie Hemerly, daughter of Christopher and Brandy Hemerly and sister of Carson. Grace is the granddaughter of Chris and Maria Frey, Joe and Jen Costa, and Dave and Alice Hemerly. Her godparents are Saige and Briana Costa. Please join us as we welcome Grace into the family of Christ and surround her with our love, prayers, and promises of faithful support.

Looks like the rain that is coming tomorrow is going to make it difficult to set up for our outdoor worship and picnic on Sunday morning. So we have decided to set up Fellowship Hall at 10am tomorrow (Saturday Aug 22) for the indoor picnic. Worship will be Sunday in our sanctuary. Sunday, August 16, 2026 - This Sunday, we explore the courage it takes to move beyond the boundaries that divide us. Joseph makes the bold choice to forgive and embrace the brothers who betrayed him, while a determined Canaanite woman refuses to be silenced as she seeks healing for her daughter. Together, these stories challenge us to act courageously, persist faithfully, and recognize that compassion and grace know no boundaries.

Our special music will feature Emily Bachl performing Sara Bareilles’s empowering anthem, “Brave,” accompanied by Anthony Newett, Peter McKeon, and Joe Avon. Join us for an uplifting morning of worship, music, and a timely message of courage, reconciliation, and inclusive love.
