It's 11:30 a.m. and Adoration is over today. During benediction, Monsignor Baver kneels and sings the Tantum Ergo. He puts on his humeral veil to lift the monstrance. He then replaces the blessed sacrament in the Tabernacle. Departing, he sings These 40 Days and 40 Nights.
Remember, we can show our adoration to God in many ways, but in Eucharistic Adoration, we can spend quiet time adoring the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
Our last adoration is this Monday, April 3rd from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. You don't have to "do" anything during Adoration, you can just sit there and look at Jesus and take the time to be with him. Hope to see you there.
